Position Summary:
Manage customer accounts and provide excellent customer support. Ensure that customer orders, requests, inquiries, and delivery expectations are met. Inform all internal stakeholders of customer needs and monitor performance to key customer metrics.
Responsibilities:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Manage assigned customer accounts (includes order entry, tracking key customer data points, monitoring response to requests for quotation, handling customer complaints, and communication with customer personnel).
Ensure work is completed in accordance with Brunk best practices and standardized work processes (examples – obtaining customer forecasts beyond ordering horizon; publishing and reconciling open order reports with customers).
Perform work in compliance with Brunk policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Maintain key customer correspondence and feedback as needed.
Communicate with internal personnel and work closely with key cross functional teams as required to maintain customer satisfaction.
Lead or participate in conference calls and meetings pertaining to customer accounts.
May visit customers as required to strengthen relationships and partnerships.
Analyze customer data and create reports as assigned by the Account Specialist Team Lead
Skills:
Complete knowledge of Order Entry processes and reports, and ability to maintain the integrity of order records.
Ability to analyze and present data.
Excellent communication skills to foster good working relationships with internal and external personnel at all professional levels.
Demonstrate a dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented, confident and personable attitude with dedication to customer satisfaction.
Ability to assess and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong multi-tasker with abilities to handle and manage priorities of different customer initiatives
Solid computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with all MS Office applications (ERP experience a plus).
Working knowledge of web-based applications preferred.
Knowledge of prints and specifications.
Education:
Minimum educational requirements listed below may be substituted by relevant experience, learned competencies and/or certifications obtained throughout one’s career.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years Customer experience in an office setting.
Experience with manufacturing operations
Work Environment:
Work performed in an office environment.
Safety glasses must be worn in manufacturing areas.
