Machined-to-Stamped Conversion

A significant portion of the components Brunk produces were previously machined. Tolerances held. Cost came down by a third or more. The conversion doesn’t require a full redesign; it requires a toolmaker who knows where the geometry can move and where it can’t. We have 60+ journeyman toolmakers on the floor. Design and production under one roof. When a conversion is feasible, you’ll know before tooling starts.
