Brunk's Capabilities
Brunk Industries has been a precision contract manufacturer since 1960, producing micro-precision metal components and assemblies for medical device and high-tech OEMs. With four facilities totaling 180,000 square feet of production space operating 24/7, Brunk manages the full manufacturing lifecycle in-house, from early design review and rapid prototyping through high-volume stamping, machining, and automated assembly. All tooling, inspection equipment, and production systems are operated internally, which eliminates the dimensional variation and documentation gaps that arise from multi-vendor programs.
Brunk holds ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications, with five dedicated metrology labs and over 70 journeyman toolmakers on staff. These resources support programs that require tight dimensional tolerances, full traceability, and consistent output across millions of production cycles.
Brunk supports builders at every stage of the Product Development process.
