Brunk's Lake Geneva headquarters is home to the company's core manufacturing capability: design, rapid prototyping, tooling build and maintenance, metal stamping, secondary operations, internal automation, and full engineering support, vertically integrated under one roof. The facility is ISO 13485 certified and staffed by 60 toolmakers, backed by apprenticeship and intern programs built to keep that knowledge compounding rather than retiring out the door. Since the 1960s, Brunk has shipped over one billion medtech components from this campus, work that today spans metal stamping and complex sub-assembly manufacturing to transformation programs that convert machined components into metal stamped assemblies, complete medical device subassemblies, and instruments. In 2026, Brunk employs 300 people across its Wisconsin, Colorado, Pittsburgh, and Ireland locations, a footprint that grew outward from this campus. Founded in the 1960s and family-owned since, Brunk still combines Scandinavian-influenced process discipline with American manufacturing scale, headquartered exactly where it started.
