About the Company

Lars Brunk is President and Chief Executive Officer of Brunk with responsibility of overseeing the strategic direction of the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin company with roughly 300 employees. Brunk is a leading manufacturer of metal precision components and assemblies for the High Tech, Medical Device, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial and Recreational Markets with Sales Offices in the US and Europe. Lars Brunk became President in December 1999, Executive Vice President in June 1986 and Vice President of Sales March 1985. He joined Brunk Industries full time in June 1980 after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management.

Ulla Brunk co-founded Brunk in 1960 together with her husband Bertil Brunk. She was born in Stockholm Sweden and began working at Svenska Handelsbanken, the largest bank in Sweden at a very young age. She immigrated with her family in the 1950’s to Chicago. Bertil and Ulla Brunk started Brunk Tool & Die Co. in the garage of their Lake Geneva home and in 1963 incorporated the business at its current location in Lake Geneva. Together they created a work ethic always putting the customers first.

Scott Adams is Vice President of Operations at Brunk with responsibility of overseeing manufacturing, customer service, sales, tool design and facilities. He became Vice President of Operations in June 2014. Prior to joining Brunk, he worked in metal stamping and tool and die manufacturing for 29 years. Scott started his career as an apprentice precision press operator in 1985. He worked his way up to a journeyman tool and die maker and supervisor of the precision stamping department. He continued his tenure as plant manager and then director of stamping before joining Brunk.

John has extensive experience in building finance teams, managing multinational company structures, planning and implementing lean finance initiatives and ERP systems, as well as management of IT and HR functions. He is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in accounting and is a CPA. John previously worked for Global Finishing Solutions where he was the CFO for five years. Prior to that he worked for many years with Weir Group PLC (a large multinational company in minerals and mining) in financial and leadership roles in Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, and Sydney, Australia where he and his family lived for two years.

Lars-Erik, Director of Personnel & Marketing, joined Brunk in 2017, graduating from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin with a degree in Business Marketing. Lars-Erik spent the first 6 years of his journey at Brunk on different technical operations in the business. He followed up as the Human Resources Manager & now is focused on all personnel at the company & youth apprenticeships. He represents the third generation of the business started by Bertil & Ulla Brunk.

Hans Brunk is Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Brunk Industries, where he leads strategic relationships and innovation in manufacturing. As a third-generation family leader, he is committed to advancing Brunk’s legacy of precision and quality. After 15 years living and working abroad, Hans returned to Wisconsin with a global perspective shaped by on-site experiences across four continents. His background spans project management, product development, and supply chain strategy in complex manufacturing environments. Hans holds degrees from Lund University and Copenhagen Business School, with executive coursework from Stanford and Harvard. Fluent in four languages, he bridges teams and clients across borders to deliver lasting partnerships and solutions.
