Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide assistance to the Project Management Manager by performing administrative duties, document status of projects by updating Gantt charts in MS Project, review documents for completion and accuracy, ensure that all Quality documents are transferred to Document Control in a timely manner, Interact with other departments to obtain project information.
Requirements:
Minimum Associate degree in a technical field. Must be able to handle multiple projects in an organized, efficient, and thorough manner. Experience in a Quality environment using good documentation skills. Working knowledge of Project Management Working knowledge of medical device requirements (21CFR820 and ISO13485) a plus. Working knowledge of metal stamping industry a must.

Responsible for Developing Secondary Operations methods, tooling, training materials, analysis of operations, and processes rate development for customer quotations in response to inquiries while working with Tooling, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to obtain needed information, Work with the customer to resolve product and process questions.
Requirements:

Grinder Operator

Key Responsibilities:
This position will perform manufacturing grinding and set ups on ID OD and Flat Surface Grinders; maintain quality and complete audits.
Requirements:
5 or more years experience as an OD Grinder in a manufacturing environment. Must understand how to set up and use measuring tools and gauges; use micrometers, calipers, profilometers and bore gages. Knowledge of blue print reading and SPC. Must have experience setting up and operating manual OD Grinding Machines. Must also have the capability to work with very close tolerances, precision measuring instruments. Good written and verbal communication skills

Metrology Quality Engineer

Execute and develop visual and dimensional inspection techniques on all new components and/or assemblies to ensure compliance to customer specification throughout design control process. Perform FAI, verification, validation, DOE studies, correlation studies, MCA Studies. Aide in the creation of control plans, inspection plans, FMEA/PFMEA & process mapping activities. Analyze collected data with the use of Minitab, JMP, Measurelink or Prolink software. Implement proper statics process control standards into new development or legacy components. Maintain accurate record of all data collection. Coach and train technicians, inspectors, operators of proper visual and/or dimensional inspection techniques. Act as a team member for corrective and preventative actions when needed. Mentor yellow belt project steps with team participants.
Requirements:
BS Degree or equivalent and/ or 7 years quality experience. Experience in blueprint reading, all QC measuring tools, SPC possesses. Program OGP Flash 500/302/250 Measuremind software. Analyze OGP data output with the use of Smart Profile or Smart Fit software. Experience with computer aided programming of Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) with Geomeasure 6000 software. Demonstrate data analysis with Mini-Tab, JMP, in a parametric programming style Measurelink or Prolink software. Operate micrometers, indicators, calipers, height gages, and optical comparators. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visual Basic Programming a plus. Educated in 21 CFR 820 Regulator Requirements and TS 13485. Ability to use Force testing equipment. Ability to use Mitutoyo Surface Roughness Tester. Extensive knowledge and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Ability to design/conceptualize inspection fixturesy.
